A History of Innovation
Founded in 1980, IntelliCorp created the first object-oriented technology for commercial programming development environments. In the mid 1990's, IntelliCorp tools met the exploding demands of organizations implementing packaged business automation solutions. Together with SAP, IntelliCorp developed LiveModel: SAP Edition using the R/3 Reference Model to better understand enterprise business processes.
IntelliCorp has enjoyed a close relationship with SAP since 1993, working cooperatively on several technology development projects including the R/3 Reference Model, ASAP Diagram Explorer, the Solution Map Composer, and the Mobile Device TAP. Our LiveModel technology was used to create key Industry Solution (IS) models, an essential component of the SAP vertical market approach. IC experts also assisted SAP in the development of the Sales Configuration Engine, Internet Pricing Configurator, Collaborative Marketing, CRM 3.0, and other critical CRM modules.
In 1998, we expanded our scope into application integration by introducing LiveInterface, a standard for the construction and management of SAP interfaces. During 2001, IntelliCorp launched the industry's first Web-based collaborative business process modeling environment - NetProcess. Since its introduction, NetProcess has grown to become the leading SAP life cycle management application suite. Given the knowledge and technical expertise built here at IntelliCorp you can expect that there's even more innovation to come.
