Jerome Klajbor - CEO
As CEO, Jerry Klajbor drives IntelliCorp's strategic vision to ensure that it satisfies our customers' dynamic business needs in identifying areas of optimization within their enterprise application investments. Mr. Klajbor is also responsible for IntelliCorp's overall financial and administrative operations, as well as collaboration with executive staff on setting the strategic goals for the company. In addition, Mr. Klajbor leads the company's day-to-day business operations.
Mr. Klajbor joined IntelliCorp as chief financial officer in June 2000. Prior to IntelliCorp, Mr. Klajbor served as CFO at Stanford Telecommunications and was part of a successful $500 million merger with Newbridge Networks. Mr. Klajbor also held key positions with the aerotherm division of Acurex Corporation, a leading technology, product development, and technology-based consulting firm. Prior to that Mr. Klajbor held positions in the U.S. government.
Mr. Klajbor received a B.A. in political science and public administration from Washington State University.
Christopher Trueman - CTO, EVP, Product Development
Chris Trueman is responsible for leading IntelliCorp's strategic product initiatives and aligning the company's technology with market needs.
Mr. Trueman joined IntelliCorp in 1994 and held key leadership roles in consulting services, product development, and product management before being appointed vice president of product development in 2001. He was the lead architect of IC's NetProcess suite of process improvement tools, and is managing the company's development efforts for its next generation of services and products. Prior to IntelliCorp, Mr. Trueman held leadership positions in product development with ECSoft, a provider of best-of-breed application development and support lifecycle software solutions.
Mr. Trueman has written articles for leading development journals. He earned a Bachelor of Computer Science degree with honors from Manchester University, England.
