IntelliCorp Announces CRM Development Agreement with SAP™

Development Efforts Uniquely Qualify IntelliCorp to Implement CRM Solutions

Mountain View, Calif. - February 2, 2000 - IntelliCorp [Nasdaq: INAI], a leading provider of eBusiness and CRM solutions for the SAP community, today announced a significant development agreement with SAP to participate in the development of CRM solutions.

With their demonstrated expertise and experience with SAP solutions, IntelliCorp was chosen by SAP to further enhance and develop CRM offerings within mySAP.com. Over the past two years, IntelliCorp has participated in the development of the following SAP products: Diagram Explorer, Solution Map Composer, and the Internet Pricing and Configurator (IPC).

IntelliCorp has also built a highly successful solutions and implementation practice around the IPC, which is now poised for rapid growth. The company has already successfully implemented many IPC-based CRM projects at leading enterprises such as HP, Compaq, Steelcase, and Siemens. Under the new agreement, IntelliCorp is planning to replicate this business model of participating in development of CRM components with SAP and then aggressively ramping up its CRM solutions around these components.

"Because of its intimate knowledge of SAP product offerings, as well as its rich, 20-year heritage in advanced software tools and applications, IntelliCorp is uniquely qualified to participate with SAP in both current and future CRM applications development," said Dietmar Saddei, Vice President of CRM, SAP AG. "Based on their outstanding work on the IPC and their successful pilot implementations, IntelliCorp has earned the right to continue and strengthen this partnership."

According to Colin Bodell, IntelliCorp EVP, "SAP provides collaborative and fully integrated CRM applications today — the CRM applications within mySAP.com are best-of-breed right now for the SAP installed base. We are excited by the opportunity to continue implementing these applications for SAP customers as part of full eBusiness solutions, and even more excited about participating with SAP in the development of new, market-leading CRM components."

Under the new agreement, which has an initial term of one year, IntelliCorp will be a primary implementation partner and solutions provider with respect to these components.
