Mountain View, Calif. - February 15, 2001 - IntelliCorp, Inc. [NASDAQ:INAI], a leading provider of eBusiness, CRM and eCRM solutions for the SAP community, today announced the appointment of George D’Auteuil, Jr., to the position of Vice President of Business Development. Mr. D’Auteuil brings to IntelliCorp over 15 years of experience in customer-facing information technology, most recently as Vice President, CRM for SAP America.
Prior to SAP, Mr. D’Auteuil was Vice President of US Operations with K&V Information Systems. K&V, acquired by SAP in 1998, was one of the first providers of global CRM solutions, products and services. At SAP America, Mr. D’Auteuil’s CRM responsibilities included market delivery of SAP’s CRM solutions, development of technical and consulting services to support the customer base, partner management, education, and business development.
"During the past 6 months, IntelliCorp has assembled a strong management team that is highly focused on driving significant revenue growth in our core area of business expansion-- implementing and integrating market leading CRM and eCRM solutions and helping global customers optimize their demand chains," said Ken Haas, IntelliCorp CEO. "George brings with him the unique industry and customer knowledge necessary to help us fuel this expansion both by penetrating new key global accounts and forging new, growth-oriented strategic alliances. We could not have found a more qualified person for this role."
Mr. D’Auteuil added, "IntelliCorp has demonstrated its ability to compliment technology providers with strong business and implementation experience, as well as with highly differentiated software products. They have shown that in today’s dynamic commercial environment, it’s not only about the functionality of application software, but also about understanding a company’s unique and desired business processes, and leveraging the enterprise’s resources for customer-perceived value. I’m thrilled to be joining the IntelliCorp management team, because I see a clear path to realizing the corporate vision of helping our customers successfully drive their sell-side applications to the Internet, while maximizing return on their CRM investment."
