Mountain View, Calif. - February 20, 2003 - IntelliCorp, a global solutions firm utilizing technology to optimize enterprise business processes, has appointed Mr. George D'Auteuil, Jr., current Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, to the position of Chief Executive Officer. In his role as Vice President, Mr. D’Auteuil was instrumental in working with the senior management team and Board of Directors in re-launching IntelliCorp’s SAP related products and services including their upgrade solution for SAP customers going to SAP Enterprise.
Mr. D’Auteuil joined IntelliCorp in February 2001. He previously served as Vice President, CRM for SAP America, where he was responsible for the market and business development of SAP’s CRM solutions. His responsibilities included development of technical and consulting services to support the customer base, partner management, education, and marketing. Prior to SAP, Mr. D’Auteuil was Vice President of US Operations with K&V Information Systems. K&V, acquired by SAP in 1998, was one of the first providers of global CRM solutions, products, and services. Mr. D’Auteuil also spent a number of years with Pilot Software, an early innovator in the area of Business Intelligence.
"IntelliCorp has the solutions today to enhance an organization’s ability to drive out costs using enterprise applications such as SAP R/3, based on both new technology and a tremendous legacy of intellectual property, products, and tools," said George D'Auteuil, IntelliCorp’s newly appointed CEO. "In today’s economy, all levels of Corporate Management are faced with dealing with organizational resource leakage and the costs associated with these inefficiencies. Enterprise applications and their related business processes are complex and often times they are not aligned to the current business needs. IntelliCorp will continue to help both our existing client-base and new clients realize the ROI from investments in SAP in the shortest possible time period whether through audits and assessments, upgrades, consolidation of platforms, or best of breed integration across the customer value chain."
"Mr. D’Auteuil has effectively demonstrated his management skills, strategic planning abilities, and flexibility throughout these difficult times for the IT area in which we operate," said Norman J. Wechsler, IntelliCorp’s Chairman. "We look forward to his leadership in his new role, and the future success and profitability of our Company."
