LiveModel WebExpress Drives B2C & B2B Commerce for the SAP Community

Publishing Business Processes via the Internet, LiveModel WebExpress Streamlines Communication for mySAP.com

Mountain View, Calif. - March 14, 2000 - IntelliCorp[Nasdaq: INAI], a leading provider of eBusiness and CRM solutions for the SAP community, today announced LiveModel WebExpress, which greatly improves the communication of business processes among R/3 users.

LiveModel WebExpress is a web server add-on product to IntelliCorp LiveModel that publishes company-wide and enterprise-wide business processes via the Internet and/or corporate Intranets. LiveModel WebExpress may be deployed by the client at their site, or via IntelliCorp’s myProcesses.com™ website.

LiveModel WebExpress provides a high level view of enterprise processes, enabling the rapid and accurate publication of business process models to the corporate intranet, and eliminating the need for custom client desktop software.

The mySAP.com Workplace can be configured to accommodate LiveModel WebExpress, which delivers job-specific process information. Process definitions are presented alongside the target application for complete comprehension. It will be instrumental in helping companies drive their eCommerce initiatives. "As the drive to eBusiness accelerates and expands, the success of eBusiness initiatives will be directly dependent on the enterprise's ability to understand, adapt, and change existing business processes in an Internet-based model," said Mike Bittner, Research Director, AMR Research.

According to Colin Bodell, executive vice president of IntelliCorp, "Everyone wants to participate in B2B and B2C commerce. MySAP.com is the ideal platform for these applications. However, to do so effectively, companies must understand their processes before they re-engineer them along eCommerce lines. LiveModel WebExpress enables companies to do just that."

LiveModel WebExpress requires Microsoft Internet Explorer™ 5.0 or higher and is now in use at several pilot sites. Pricing is US $75,000 for the first 50 users and US $125.00 for each additional user.
