Mountain View, Calif., April 19, 2004 - IntelliCorp, a worldwide provider of software tools for SAP lifecycle management and system support, today announced at the ASUG conference in Atlanta the availability of NetProcess™ 6.0, which includes integration with SAP Solution Manager. A comprehensive suite for SAP R/3 management, NetProcess provides a web-based environment in support of ERP lifecycle events and ongoing operations. Integrated with SAP Solution Manager, NetProcess enables dynamic knowledge exchange to ensure effective re-use of data, prioritize operational issues and identify resolutions, resulting in accurate content modeling and improved support for business change.

NetProcess 6.0 Increases the Value of SAP
IntelliCorp’s NetProcess tool suite automates the processes of business analysis, technical synchronization, application integration, security management, regulatory compliance, test data management and training, to manage scope, control costs, and reduce risk for lifecycle events and during on-going system maintenance. NetProcess includes four complementary modules:

NetProcess and SAP Solution Manager Improve Data Management
SAP Solution Manager provides a central platform for SAP R/3 support. The integration of NetProcess builds a business process library inside of SAP Solution Manager that comprises all of the key business objectives and processes implemented during a project. The business process library is available to all SAP users across all versions of SAP R/3.
An active knowledge exchange exists between NetProcess and SAP Solution Manager to allow for the easy transfer of data in both directions, and provide an accurate analysis of the implemented business processes and technical settings. This increased dialogue results in better project team communication, and an improved ability to prioritize issues and define steps towards resolution.
