Mountain View, Calif. - May 10, 2000 - IntelliCorp [Nasdaq: INAI], a leading provider of eBusiness and CRM solutions for the SAP community, today announced that IntelliCorp has signed an agreement with SAP America, Inc. [Nasdaq:SAP] to help bring SAP Customer Relationship Management™ (SAP CRM™) solutions to market. IntelliCorp is one of the first partners to have signed a consulting agreement with SAP America to provide consulting support for the SAP CRM Solution Center.
Working closely with the SAP Solution Center team, IntelliCorp will assist SAP in rolling out and implementing CRM solutions. This new agreement reinforces a previously announced CRM development agreement which was signed with SAP AG earlier this year (See Release Dated Feb 2, 2000).
