Siebel Names IntelliCorp Consulting Alliance Partner

Alliance Marks Significant Turning Point For IntelliCorp

Mountain View, Calif. - May 15, 2001 - IntelliCorp, Inc. [NASDAQ: INAI], a leading provider of eBusiness and CRM solutions, today announced that it has joined the Siebel Alliance Program as a Consulting Partner. Siebel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: SEBL) is the world’s leading provider of eBusiness application software. IntelliCorp has certified consultants via the Siebel Certification Program to ensure that its personnel have the expertise necessary to position, install, configure, operate, maintain, and interface with Siebel eBusiness Applications.

As a Siebel Consulting Alliance Partner, IntelliCorp will offer a wide range of services including: full implementation capabilities, business process redesign, technical and end user training, project management, and systems integration with back-office ERP and legacy systems.

Siebel Systems provides an integrated family of eBusiness application software enabling multichannel sales, marketing, and customer service systems to be deployed over the Web, call centers, field, reseller channels, retail and dealer networks. The combination of Siebel Systems’ technology and IntelliCorp’s expertise in providing strategic consulting services will enable companies to transform their businesses into customer-centric operations. IntelliCorp will primarily focus on implementing the Siebel Interactive Selling Suite. Siebel Interactive Selling Suite provides an integrated application suite that can help organizations establish a powerful and reliable Web presence to better engage, acquire and retain their customers through online advice, product configuration, online catalogs, an eCommerce cart, as well as integrated dynamic and auction-base pricing.
