IntelliCorp Leads the Field in Implementations of SAP CRM™ Solutions

Berlin, Germany - May 23, 2000 - IntelliCorp, a leading provider of eBusiness and CRM solutions for the SAP™ community, announced today that it leads the field in implementations of SAP CRM™ solutions.

Successful implementations at Daimler Chrysler, Evobus, and Draeger in Europe, and Compaq, Steelcase, and most recently at Hewlett Packard’s Shopping Village in the US have kept IntelliCorp on top of the league of partners supporting SAP CRM Solutions.

Earlier this year IntelliCorp announced a CRM development agreement with SAP. Under the agreement IntelliCorp was chosen by SAP to further enhance and develop CRM offerings within mySAP.com™. Over the past two years, IntelliCorp has participated in the development of the following SAP products: Diagram Explorer, Solution Map Composer, and the Internet Pricing and Configurator (IPC).

IntelliCorp has built a highly successful solutions and implementation practice around the IPC, and is now beginning to expand its portfolio of solutions into SAP Sales Force Automation, SAP Business-to-Business Procurement, and Pervasive Computing.

The IntelliCorp Customer Relationship Management Solutions Portfolio is aimed at organizations implementing mySAP.com solutions, but in particular the SAP Internet Pricing and Configurator, which requires specialized skill sets to ensure rapid and effective rollout of the application.

The portfolio includes user interface design, product modeling, system integration, testing, validation, roll out and end-user training. There are specialised solutions for dealer, distributor and other indirect channels and there is an established methodology together with a pool of reusable libraries to enhance customer value and speed implementation times.

One of the early implementations of the new solutions is Siemens A.G., where Dr Ralf Franke, CIO, Business Unit Low Voltage Switchboards and Systems, stated, "We chose IntelliCorp as our implementation partner because of their solid knowledge of the SAP Variant Configurator, the Internet Pricing and Configurator and the application of these components to a distributor scenario.
