Great Lakes Chemical Successfully Deploys Business Process Models at MyProcesses.com

Multibillion-Dollar Organization Significantly Reduces the Costs Associated with the Continuous Review, Training and Refinement of Business Processes

Las Vegas, NV - June 14, 2000 - IntelliCorp, a leading provider of eBusiness and CRM solutions for the SAP community, today announced that myProcesses.com is hosting business process models for Great Lakes Chemical. Great Lakes Chemical is among the first users to deploy business process models to the IntelliCorp myProcesses.com web site.

Users and implementation partners of SAP R/3 can use myProcesses.com to baseline, document and monitor the health of their business processes, providing a solid foundation for their move to eBusiness.

Great Lakes Chemical uses myProcesses.com to gather, publish, subscribe, collaborate, design, generate, and distribute critical business processes and operational information to maximize productivity and reduce cost.

The ASP site eliminates the need for expensive infrastructure typically required for client/server software and provides secure, universal access to business process and operational performance information for all levels of users including: management, employees, customers, suppliers and trading partners.

According to Mike Fuhrman, Great Lakes Chemical SAP Project Manager, "Knowledge of our business processes and consistent use on a global basis is key for our success. Ensuring that all of our users have immediate access to information about our business processes guarantees that we are working most efficiently."

Since its launch in late February myProcesses.com has become the leading vehicle for the collaborative review of users business process models.

Mr. Fuhrman concluded, "The system performance that we have seen is outstanding. By using the myProcesses.com site we are significantly reducing our hardware requirements, network infrastructure and staff resources. Why would we invest critical internal resources to these tasks when IntelliCorp makes this a seamless process for us?"
