Mountain View, Calif. - June 26, 2000 - IntelliCorp, a leading
provider of eBusiness and CRM solutions for the SAP community, today
announced a new contract with Eurotunnel, for the latest version
of LiveModel – IntelliCorp’s powerful collaborative modeling environment
for describing, managing and transforming business processes and
organizations. Eurotunnel will use LiveModel in conjunction with
IntelliCorp’s ePublishing software WebExpress which greatly improves
the communication of business processes across the enterprise. In
addition, IntelliCorp’s LiveInterface will be used to provide interfaces
to mySAP.com from upwards of 25 legacy systems.
Eurotunnel is using LiveModel to support the rollout of mySAP.com, initially in its finance, logistics and human resources departments, over the next 12-18 months. This will extend, however, into wider process modeling within the company in anticipation of further rollout of mySAP.com functionality, process review and development in an expanding market.
LiveModel was a strategic decision for Eurotunnel, which will use the software to enable eCommerce by the provision of a common, stable, core process and the associated ePortals. LiveModel will also support business to business procurement, improve focus on customer relationship management, and provide a platform for continued rollout of the selected ERP functionality.
