IntelliCorp’s NetProcess eEnablement Solution to Serve Canadian Telecom Industry

Mountain View, Calif. - July 17, 2001 - IntelliCorp, Inc., a leading provider of eBusiness and eCRM solutions for the SAP and Siebel communities, today announced that IntelliCorp’s eEnablement Solution has been chosen by Bell Canada to document, streamline and optimize existing business processes for upcoming eBusiness and CRM initiatives.

The solution, which consists of software and services, acts as a key enabler of demand chain optimization through business process modeling, management, discovery, documentation and rationalization. IntelliCorp consultants will use NetProcess modules such as LiveCapture to document existing back-office processes and LiveSynchronizer to rationalize various processes. Once the initiative is completed, Bell Canada will then be able to embark on projects to integrate eBusiness and CRM functionality throughout the entire demand chain.

"By using IntelliCorp’s eEnablement solution, Bell can ensure that our existing back-office systems are streamlined and optimized and that we are in a better position to implement innovative eBusiness and CRM initiatives throughout the company," said Steven Johnstone, Director of Bell Center of Excellence.

According to George D’Auteuil, IntelliCorp Vice President, "We believe that Bell Canada is well positioned for successful eBusiness implementations because their strategy is built upon a solid foundation of integrated customer relationship and demand/supply chain business processes. Our NetProcess technology and methodology combined with our deep business process and eBusiness consulting expertise will contribute to Bell Canada’s initiative being completed in their timeframe and meeting the expected business goals."

Steven Johnstone concluded, "IntelliCorp’s ability to understand the back office and the necessary requirements for implementing eBusiness initiatives is unmatched in the industry. Choosing IntelliCorp to help us was a simple decision."
