Orlando, Fla. - October 10, 2001 - IntelliCorp, Inc., a leading
provider of eBusiness and CRM solutions, today announced the general
availability of NetProcess(TM) 4.1, IntelliCorp's proven business
process management infrastructure software.
NetProcess 4.1 features the sophisticated Business Activity Monitoring
technology known as LiveMonitor. Providing an intuitive web-based
console, LiveMonitor enables business managers to target inefficiencies
within the organization, across business processes, and throughout
supporting systems infrastructure.
According to Gartner, "Targeting and eradicating inefficiencies
ranks as one of the top three issues facing businesses today."
With limited resources, organizations must focus on projects that
deliver the greatest positive impact to the top- and bottom-line.
LiveMonitor provides the answers to questions like:
- How much are the inefficiencies costing the business?
- Which critical business processes should I optimize?
- What system re-architecture should I make to account for my eBusiness initiatives?
- Who are in most need of training? What impact has the training had on user productivity?
LiveMonitor is a component of NetProcess. NetProcess reduces the cost, time, and
complexity of back-office audits, upgrades, and consolidation projects
by automating the capture of common and unique business processes,
utilizing standard Internet technology and minimizing software administration
costs.
IntelliCorp's experienced process consultants will also utilize this new technology to quickly assess an organization's inefficiencies and to help clients meet their corporate objectives.
Chris Trueman, Vice President Product Management concluded, "Limited
resources, increased competition, and a focus on ROI are forcing
businesses to look closely at the cost of inefficiencies in terms
of organization structure, business processes, and IT infrastructure.
LiveMonitor identifies the areas where greatest gains can be made;
it provides the intelligence required for making effective business
decisions.''
