IntelliCorp offers its customers comprehensive technical support via an on-line Knowledge Base, our Product Support Library, and through one-on-one support. Our goal is to provide our customers with rapid and reliable service. To do this, we provide a variety of support services for our software including maintenance, updates, and technical support.
Technical support includes assistance related to questions on the installation and operational use of our software, assistance in identifying and verifying the causes of suspected errors in the software, and providing workarounds for identified software errors. Please review our Technical Support Policy and Product Version Support Policy for detailed descriptions of our support and maintenance commitments, procedures, and limitations.
